Order Processing & Fulfilment

All products are made to order. This means items are produced after your purchase to reduce waste and overproduction.

Production times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on the product type and order volume.

Apparel, accessories, and lifestyle items are fulfilled by our print partners.
Books and printed works are fulfilled via independent publishing partners.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, followed by a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product type.

Estimated delivery time after fulfilment is generally:

Regional (U.S. & Canada): 5–15 business days
International: 15–25 business days

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on Printful’s current delivery costs and your region.

We do not add hidden handling fees.

Please note that multiple items in one order may arrive separately if they are fulfilled at different locations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
